Our agreement with DIAC allows us to be an Sponsor of the 416 VISA, that allows us to bring highly qualified people from abroad with the purpose of having an internship experience of maximum 12 months.
Health Insurance
AIESEC Australia and DIAC requires that all interns enrol in health coverage through our insurance provider. This insurance is for emergency and illness care and does not cover preventative medicine or wellness visits.

Reception Services
To ensure that a intern’s arrival goes smoothly, AIESEC Australia provides reception services, which includes airport pick-up and orientation to the local area, as well as support in helping the intern to settle in.

Throughout the duration of an exchange program, one or more AIESEC Australia representatives are available to both the intern and the organization for any issue that may rise.
